i'm alive!

yesterday was my surgery. everything went very well. he had to do less than he thought he was going to have to. he fixed the big bone that was broken which made the septum go back to where it was before (a previous injury made it not be where it should be) and i think he fixed some little bones that were broken.

when i got home i went to sleep, after i woke up it hurt pretty bad! i haven't taken any pain meds since 11 pm last night and it hasn't hurt at all. i have to take an antibiotic for 5 days and i should be done with all medicine.

i go back to the doctor on Monday for him to check it out. right now i have a cast thing on my nose. he said the top part of it might come off, and it might not. it doesn't really matter.

thanks for praying for me!

all the other cars were on the road for behind the wheel people. oh well, more time to prepare i suppose!

have you got to go practice any parallel parking?

well the only times that i got in the car for behind the wheel i practiced. i actually feel fine with that. but we only have a van and a pick up truck so if i practice in those i'll mess myself up. i know the steps and all (for myself) on how to do it in a car. so if i could get access to the behind the wheel car, i would practice it more in that, and that only.

but how about you??? is your nose feeling ok? are you doing well?
